We know that science tells us that the human body can easily make it to 100 years old. But do you know what the average lifespan is for most people? About 70.

That means on average, we're leaving 30 years on the table. 30 years!

And what's happening for most folks as they age? They're slowly breaking down. They're on pharmaceutical drugs. They don't feel good. They're grouchy, no fun anymore. They're bad at driving. They go back into diapers. That doesn't sound fun, right?

I often hear people bemoaning (or hiding) their age, saying things like "getting old isn't for the faint of heart."

Yes, aging happens. But just because aging happens doesn't mean you have to be "old".

We all have a biological clock that doesn't necessarily line up with the actual number of years we've been alive.

  • I've known people in their 90s, full of life and love, with energy to burn. 💪

  • And I've known people in their 40s who could barely get out of bed in the morning. 🥴

What's the difference between them? That's what this report is about, .

This is not a doctor's report, and should not be considered as medical advice. My partners and I have put this together to support your general wellness. If you're tired of going to the doctor, and if you're trying to do something naturally and holistically (before you have to go there), this report is chock full of simple health and wellness measures you can take, starting today.

Let's start here... No matter our age, we all want:

  • Agility and mobility

  • More energy

  • A great love life

  • Restful sleep

  • A healthy metabolism

  • Lustrous skin

The question is how to maintain it. How to live a long, full life and keep your body young, despite your age. We know what average is. But I don't want to be average, and I suspect you don't either.

If you're like me, and you're determined to stay vibrant as the years roll on… if you're determined to wake up and feel good in the morning, ready to take on this crazy world of ours, then this report is designed to help you live your best. Starting today, .

Section 1: Your current diet & state of health

First, it's important to start with an honest assessment of where you are right now with your health.

As tempting as it may seem to ignore or push past those little aches and pains or "senior moments" (or any other symptoms your body is telling you), it's usually better to (1) acknowledge what's going on; and (2) look for simple, natural, non-invasive ways to get your body back on track.

Part 1, you indicated with your responses that you experience...

As far as your energy and stamina, you indicated with your responses that:

One of the first questions I typically ask is around the quality of your sleep, which you indicated you're getting about 18 hours of sleep per night. You also indicated that:

Stress plays a role in the aging process too. You mentioned:

One of the markers of aging is how quickly you recover from exercise and injuries and how quickly your body builds muscle. You indicated that:

And last but not least, we're all concerned with our physical appearance as we get older. In your assessment, you mentioned:

Whew! Going back through all your responses, that may seem like a lot of things to be dealing with, but you've already done the hard work of acknowledging your current state of health. 🥴

The good news is that many of these things may be connected (meaning they share a similar root cause). And by addressing the root causes of aging (functional medicine doctors call this "going upstream"), you may be able to see improvement in multiple areas at once.

Now here are my thoughts based on the information you provided...

Many men and women start experiencing symptoms of hormone deficiencies as they age. Based on your responses, as a in the age range of , you may be experiencing lower levels of a particular hormone that the body naturally produces called Human Growth Hormone (or "HGH" for short).

YOUR HEALTH SCORE

00

EST. BIOLOGICAL AGE

What is Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and what does it do?

HGH is considered "the master hormone" because it controls so many functions. It's responsible for youth, vitality, energy, and many of the health benefits we associate with optimal health.

HGH is primarily responsible for all of the body processes that stimulate cellular growth and rejuvenation. Quite simply, it's why young people heal fast. It's why we look at children (especially when they want to run everywhere) and we wish we had their same energy.

Here's a brief list of some of the known functions of HGH in your body:

  • It helps with brain function.

  • It helps with your skin and hair and heart.

  • It helps regulate your body fat to keep you lean, and it helps with your bone density.

  • It's important for healthy sexual function and libido. (And who doesn't want some improvement there?)

  • It helps with immune function and helps you sleep. The list goes on and on...

But here's the bad news.

As we age, HGH starts to decline. It declines, and it declines, and it declines.

At 20, you're peaking. After that, it goes downhill. And that's what most people call "getting old."

Now, to be clear, it is normal to break down and deteriorate, but it is not natural.

There are many factors at play. Aging is also a reflection of our lives, our mental thoughts, the toxins in our environment, etc. But there are ways we can improve this process (and even beat the body at its own game) by making some simple adjustments. More on that in a moment…

But first, think back to when you were a kid. Whenever you got sick or injured, how fast did you bounce back?

Most kids bounce back really fast, compared to adults. If a child gets a cut, they heal faster. Why? Because HGH is released in abundance in kids. It helps with their growth, and it is key to youthfulness in the body.

So if you want to slow down your own aging process, we have to look at HGH levels in the body.

But the clock is ticking. From the chart above, HGH levels start to decline in our 30s and decreases by about 15% for every decade of life, causing age-related changes. By the time you hit age 55, you could be as much as one third lower in HGH as people in their 20s and 30s.

Let's take a look at how this may be impacting you…

Physical Symptoms of HGH Deficiency

HGH deficiency symptoms in adults often vary from one person to the next. The reason for that is the vast array of ways that growth hormone influences the body.

The most common physical symptoms of HGH deficiency include:

  • Weight gain – HGH stimulates the metabolism. So when HGH declines, your metabolism will slow down, and you may begin to accumulate excess fat, especially in the abdominal region. That is a key reason many adults gain weight in their middle-aged years.

  • Poor cell reproduction – HGH and another hormone it regulates called IGF-1 (Insulin Growth Factor 1) stimulate cell regeneration. These cells are crucial to replace the ones that die off each day throughout the body. Lack of an abundance of new cells can lead to organ shrinkage and decreased functions.

  • Hair loss or thinning – Your hair strands are made up of cells. HGH deficiency causes the hair strands to become thinner and fall out sooner. Decreased pigment cells lead to loss of color.

  • Reduced bone density – Osteoporosis risk increases when not enough new bone cells are available to replace those resorbed by the body. Brittle bones become susceptible to fractures.

  • Sagging skin and wrinkles – Aging skin becomes thinner due to lack of collagen and elastin that also require an abundant supply of new cells each day. Age spots, wrinkles, dryness, cellulite, and sagging are common with HGH deficiency.

  • Loss of sexual interest and function – Erectile dysfunction, vaginal dryness, low libido, and decreased orgasm intensity are all signs of HGH deficiency.

  • Poor sleep – When HGH levels are low, cortisol (the stress hormone) levels are high. Cortisol can keep you on high alert and make it difficult to fall asleep at night. Lack of sleep equates to decreased energy during the day.

  • Fatigue – Between lack of sleep and sluggish metabolism, energy levels plummet.

  • Decreased muscle mass – Muscle loss due to reduced cell production also impacts overall strength. Proper muscle tone is necessary to protect the skeletal system from damage.

  • Heart problems – HGH deficiency contributes to high blood pressure and cholesterol levels. In turn, the risk of atherosclerosis increases, which can lead to stroke or heart attack. HGH decline also decreases cardiac output and exercise capacity.

  • Temperature sensitivity – Hormonal imbalance can cause increased sensitivity to changes in hot and cold temperatures.

These are the most common physical symptoms of HGH deficiency in adults. Other possible symptoms include reduced glucose uptake in the tissues, blurry night vision and brittle nails.

Mental and Emotional Symptoms of HGH Deficiency

Because the brain is also home to a densely-located supply of HGH receptors, mental and emotional changes often accompany growth hormone deficiency.

The most common HGH deficiency signs and symptoms associated with the brain include:

  • Depression and/or anxiety – It is understandable that you would feel depressed after reading all the symptoms of HGH decline in the previous section. However, the impact of HGH on your emotional state goes deeper. When cellular receptors in the brain do not receive enough growth hormone, you can become depressed, irritable, anxious, stressed, and even angry.

  • Mood swings – As with depression above, low HGH levels can cause your mood to vary from one moment to the next.

  • Trouble concentrating – Shortened attention spans as you age are a sign of low HGH levels.

  • Memory loss – From forgetting why you entered a room to having trouble remembering facts and other memories, HGH decline can lead to mental fogginess and decreased functions.

  • Decreased cognitive functions – Impaired learning ability (rereading the same sentences over and over), poor mental calculations, and reduced brain functions are HGH deficiency symptoms in adults.

But enough of the dark and depressing lists of symptoms! Let's talk about some simple things you can do to improve that situation, .

Section 2: What can I do to improve my health,

look younger, and have more energy?

We've talked a lot about Human Growth Hormone, but before we dive any deeper, let's look at a few simple lifestyle changes that can help you improve your health and find balance, so that you look younger and have more energy. It's always good to start with the simple and obvious areas first, before we dive into new territory.

Note: This information is for educational purposes only, and should not be construed as medical advice. Always consult a healthcare physician prior to beginning any new dietary supplement if you have allergies or are taking medication.

That being said, here are five ways I have found from my research that you can naturally support your brain and body functions as you get older.

(And if you can't wait, Tip #5 is all about increasing your HGH levels naturally.)

Tip #1 - Change Your Diet

If you are experiencing brain fog, fatigue, headaches, joint pain, or digestive issues, there is a good chance your diet may be the cause. Fast foods, refined carbs, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, and alcohol have all been linked to these issues.

The best way to take care of your diet is to eat whole, natural foods. Organic is best, since they aren't sprayed with pesticides and herbicides, or grown in chemically treated soils.

As far as following a particular regimen, there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of diet plans out there -- some which are better than others. I have a particular program that I like, but suffice it to say, the food you eat plays a HUGE role, so we've got to start there.

In general, I recommend reducing or eliminating toxic and inflammatory foods and replacing them with foods rich in essential nutrients, including vitamin B12. Here's a quick chart to help you:

Toxic foods:

  • Sugar

  • Alcohol

  • Caffeine

  • GMOs

  • Artificial sweeteners

  • Additives, preservatives, and dyes

  • High-fructose corn syrup

  • Processed food, junk food, and fast food

  • Trans or hydrogenated fats

Most common inflammatory foods:

  • Gluten*

  • Dairy*

  • Corn

  • Soy

  • Nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and eggplant)

  • Citrus

  • Yeast

  • Gluten-free grains

  • Legumes

*Gluten and dairy are the top 2 most inflammatory foods and you may not want to ever add them back in, particularly if you have an autoimmune or thyroid condition. Once you’ve removed all of these foods from your diet, you can begin to slowly reintroduce the inflammatory foods one at a time in order to test your body’s response to individual foods.

I also recommend taking a high-quality multivitamin, because we know most fruits and vegetables (even organic ones) do not have as much nutrient density as they did 50 years ago, due to the depletion of the soil, modern agriculture, etc.

There are many multivitamins out there to choose from… I have one that I recommend, which is scientifically formulated by a medical team I trust, contains natural ingredients, gluten free, and NSF-certified, with multiple 3rd-party testing for quality, which is important.

Tip #2 - Improve Your Gut Health

Did you know that science is finding that most psychological symptoms (like mood or cognitive issues) are rooted in the gut, not the brain?

Living inside of your gut are 300 to 500 different kinds of bacteria, some good and some bad. Paired with other tiny organisms like viruses and fungi, they make what’s known as the microbiota, or the microbiome.

Diversity and balance are the keys here. The goal should be to restore the balance of your intestinal flora. You may consider taking a high-quality probiotic and/or avoiding problematic foods such as gluten and dairy.

Again, there are many probiotics out there, and I do have one that I can recommend if this is an issue for you.

Quick Note: For someone suffering from Candida overgrowth or SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), it is generally recommended to avoid fermented foods, refined carbs, and alcohol above all else. While you heal your gut, you can still focus on supporting the optimal health of your brain and body.

Tip #3 - Relieve Your Stress

It’s not easy to get away from stress these days, so it’s important to make time every day for doing activities you love to get away from the stress. Doing something you enjoy releases dopamine (the “happy hormone” in your brain). It’s also important to do stress-relieving activities such as exercise, taking baths, or meditating with an app on your phone. File that under "self care."

Pro Tip: If at all possible, I recommend taking a 30-minute walk in the morning when you first wake up. Put your shoes by your bed and head out the door before coffee or anything else. No electronics. This is a time to focus on breathing, moving your body and centering your mind. 🏃

A morning walk, done consistently, will help create the mental space you need to set up each day for success. Many have found too that this morning time helps you better cope with any unexpected stress later in the day.

Also make sure you're getting enough sleep at night and staying hydrated throughout the day. Too much caffeine and sugar may also lead to nervousness, jitters, or adrenal fatigue, so it's best to reduce your dependence on caffeine.

Lastly, there is an amino acid called GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) that's important for keeping you healthy and keeping your body systems functioning properly. GABA has a calming effect on the brain. It blocks certain nerve signals in the brain to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress.

Without the right level of GABA in the body, conditions such as anxiety disorders or feelings of nervousness may become worse. As such, GABA is widely used in many pharmaceuticals and natural supplements (nutraceuticals).

Tip #4 - Get Quality Sleep

Sleep disturbance and fatigue are two of the most common complaints in modern life. Some people think they can sleep less (so they can get more done), and so they push themselves, burning the candle at both ends. But that's generally a bad idea, which usually leads to the opposite result (getting less done because you can't focus).

Studies show that quality sleep can actually make you eat more healthy and even get rid of issues like brain fog. Sleeping well may also lower your risk for diabetes and heart disease.

Rest and recovery are critical, both physically and mentally/emotionally. Most adults need 7 hours or more of sleep every night. When you get optimal sleep, the hormones in your brain stay in balance. If you’re finding it hard to pay attention at work, stay focused when having a conversation, or remember something from a few moments ago, you’re probably not getting enough sleep.

Here are 10 quick tips for better sleep:

1. Get outside and expose yourself to natural light at least three times a day.

2. Regulate your caffeine intake. Too much may lead to adrenal fatigue and disrupt your sleep.

3. Eat lighter meals for dinner; try not to eat after 7pm, to give your body time to fast and recover overnight.

4. Set the intention of going to bed at the same time each night.

5. Buy amber light bulbs and install them in lamps throughout your house. Use them once the sun begins to go down. Blue light is known to disrupt your circadian rhythms.

6. If you work on your computer or read on your iPad at night, then download the f.lux app which creates an amber hue on the screen.

7. Get the TV out of your bedroom. If you need something to wind down, try reading fiction (an actual book, not on your phone).

8. Get black out curtains for your bedroom.

9. Take a hot bath with Epsom salt. The Epsom salt contains magnesium to relax you and your muscles.

10. Cut the nightcap! Alcohol affects your sleep cycle.

Tip #5 - Increase Your HGH Levels... Naturally

Let's face it -- we all want to feel more energetic and youthful. But in their desire to look and feel younger, some people go out and actually get HGH injections, hoping for a fountain of youth.

I do not recommend traditional HGH therapy for a few reasons.

#1 - This can cost tens of thousands of dollars in treatments over 6 months or more.

#2 - There are a lot of negative side effects associated with putting a foreign substance -- such as synthetic HGH -- into your body.

Synthetic HGH injections are costly and have side effects.

That being said, we know the benefits of increased HGH in the body.

What if there were a better way to get it?

What if, instead of adding Human Growth Hormone to the body, we could stimulate your own body to do its job and create its own HGH? Naturally, not synthetically. That is a big difference!

Some people have called this "biohacking" your body. The idea is simple...

If we had a good understanding of your hormones and the various mechanisms and pathways your body uses, could we use specific food and nutrition (such as superfoods) to achieve a similar result, naturally and safely?

My philosophy on this (and all natural products, really) is, "All of the good. None of the bad. Get results. Feel great. No negative side effects."

Because of this, I'm very particular about what I put in my own body, and you should be too.

Are there ways to "hack" the aging process?

First, I need to give you a little more information about where HGH comes from...

It is produced by the pituitary gland (see #1 in the photo to the right), which is found at the base of your brain.

That process is controlled by another part of your brain -- the hypothalamus (see #2) -- which tells it when to make HGH and when to release it into the bloodstream.

Once released, HGH interacts with cells throughout your entire body, telling them things like “produce more muscle fibers” or “burn fat for energy.”

This basically happens via two different pathways in the body. First, HGH moves directly into the body for cellular repair and rejuvenation. And second, it also goes into the liver, where it is converted into a different type of hormone (called IGF-1) that goes into muscle, bone, and tissue growth.

Cool, right? But there's an important distinction we should make here.

Even as children, we've always got cells and tissues dying off throughout the body. That's normal (the scientific term is called "apoptosis"). But in children, their higher HGH levels help them rejuvenate faster.

Therefore, aging is less about cells "dying off" and more about cells "not being rejuvenated" as readily.

So, how do we get the pituitary gland to release as much HGH as when we were young? Is it still capable of making HGH later in life? Why does it slow down?

It's an interesting question, because research has shown that as we get older, not only does our HGH production start to go down, but there are two other culprits that negatively affect it. Ready for this, ?

  • Culprit #1 is a particular enzyme called DPP-4 👿

  • Culprit #2 is a hormone called Somatostatin 😡

When HGH starts to go down, these two bad guys increase, and it creates a vicious cycle that steadily and continuously lowers HGH levels in your body.

And so the big idea here is that, if we could somehow neutralize (or negate) these two culprits, and simultaneously support your body's own ability to produce HGH, perhaps it's possible to turn back the clock.

An Anti-Aging Breakthrough

This is the exciting part, because previously, there was nothing on the market like this. One of the companies I use personally (called Nutrifii) has a new patent-pending product I've begun using called Renew.

This is different from anything I've seen before, because it works on multiple pathways to help stimulate your body's natural chemistry to support the production of HGH and its release into the body.

Renew comes as a powder that you mix into a little glass of water at night and drink about 30 minutes before bed. It is gluten free, vegan, non-GMO, and it has no artificial colors or flavors.

It has a bit of an orange/citrus taste. And while you sleep, Renew goes to work.

Many people notice positive results within 1-2 weeks. They report that they're sleeping better, more soundly, and waking up refreshed and ready to go in the morning -- usually before their alarm clock!

Because HGH is used in so many different ways in the body, we're getting reports from people of all kinds of good things happening…

  • Improved sleep

  • Waking up feeling refreshed and rested, ready to go -- even early in the morning

  • Morning aches and pains reduced

  • No afternoon energy crash anymore

  • Have additional energy to work out

  • Quicker recovery times

  • Enhanced libido and sexual function (some ladies even calling it the "marriage saver"!)

  • Reduced body fat

  • Improved skin elasticity

  • Skin appears smoother, more youthful, and deep forehead lines are less severe

How does Renew work exactly?

For those that want more of a scientific explanation of what's happening, Let's talk about the different pathways that make this work in your body. Renew is formulated with 4 specific blends, which really makes it stand out in the industry.

I'll go through what these blends are and what they do...

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

#1 - Amino Acid Booster Blend

This is a powerful combination of specific amino acids (L-arginine, L-citrulline, lysine, and Beta-alanine) that are scientifically tested to help suppress Somatostatin, the hormone we talked about earlier which inhibits the release of HGH.

Think of it this way…

Your hypothalamus (in your brain) says, "Hey pituitary! Make some HGH."

And when you're young, the pituitary responds, "I'm on it. I'm making it. It's in the body now." 👍

But as we get older, Somatostatin says, "Hey pituitary, take a break." 😡

It basically blocks the signal, and so you don't produce as much HGH as you normally would, because your brain never received the instructions to.

So the amino acid blend in Renew comes to the rescue. It blocks the effects of Somatostatin and encourages your pituitary gland to release HGH. That's blend number one, which helps improve the messaging to the brain to function optimally.

#2 - Signal Booster Blend

Next, the signal booster blend is a group of five potent botanicals, including the Tahitian superfruit noni, green tea, turmeric, grape seed extract, and blueberry extract -- that help inhibit DPP-4, the enzyme that disrupts HGH release.

We talked about the enzyme DPP-4 earlier. You can think of it as another bad guy that messes with the signals in your brain. 👿

It's like a bad internet connection or the speaker at the Burger King drive-thru where you only hear every other word. Mixed signals means your brain doesn't produce HGH like it should.

So, the signal booster blend removes the confusion, helping again to clarify the messaging to your brain. And studies have shown that this specific signal booster blend can inhibit the DPP-4 enzyme by up to 99.9%.

Those are two very important pathways in which this product works. But, there's more!

The research team looked at all the different ways in which we can increase HGH in the body. And in doing so, they added two additional blends; a vitamin and mineral blend, and a restorative/booster blend.

#3 - Vitamin and Mineral Cofactors

Vitamins and minerals are like the building blocks your body uses to perform all the various functions within the systems of your body.

Renew includes a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals (Vitamin A, B3, B6, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium, and more) to provide nutritional support for HGH production, cellular health, and viability.

They were selected specifically because of their direct benefit on growth hormone production in the body. They also help support the neurotransmission functions of the brain.

A couple of quick examples:

  • Zinc - supports cell membrane's signaling and that coordinates the cell regeneration

  • Vitamin B3 - studies have revealed that it is a growth hormone releaser and that it has a synergistic effect with amino acids.

  • Magnesium and Chromium - helps with the health of the pituitary and other organs in the body

Are you starting to see the depth of clinical research and how the Nutrifii research team considered all aspects of the body's natural HGH production in order to make "Renew" as strong (efficacious) as possible?

But there is one more supportive blend to know about.

#4 - Restorative Booster Blend

This is a blend of GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), Lutein and Zeaxanthin isomers that support quality sleep, which is vital for natural HGH production.

We know that the release of HGH is linked to sleep quality, especially early in the night. And so, GABA helps increase HGH levels by improving your sleep.

It's an unbeatable combination. And I have to tell you, there's nothing else like it on the market.
